Pricing

How Pricing Works

To understand pricing, it's important to understand the structure of AI services.

First and foremost, almost every AI service is built upon the same foundation models -- namely OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Bard, Meta's LLama, or Anthropic's Claude.

When you use an AI, you are tapping into one of these "engines." Each engine gives you options for cost, with a premium placed on speed, performance, and accuracy.

The next layer is the SaaS platforms (Software as a Service) themselves. These are companies like Calendly, Slack, Quickbooks, Zapier, etc. Each SaaS is built to do a specific thing. Think of them as the "tools" in the AI toolbet. Sometimes you need a hammer. Sometimes you need a drill. Complex solutions might require multiple tools service providers. In every case, the cost of the Saas is factored into the final price.

The third and final layer is the agent software. This might include services like Voiceflow if you are building a chatbot, or ElevenLabs if you are producing AI voices.

Because every solution has a different set of needs, there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to determining the cost of an AI service. That's why we provide our clients with open and detailed pricing plans, so they understand exactly what they're paying for.
