How do I join the beta?
We're onboarding a limited group of qualified businesses right now. Email contact@easyainow.com with a sentence or two about your business and website, and we'll get back to you with the details.
What does the assistant actually do?
It sits on your website as a small chat widget and answers visitor questions using the knowledge you give it — your services, hours, pricing posture, and policies. It can capture a visitor's name and contact details, and point people to the right next step like booking, calling, or a specific page.
Do I need to be technical to set it up?
No. The dashboard walks you through each step, and installing the widget is copying one snippet into your site — the same way you'd add a YouTube embed. If you get stuck, support is a message away.
What does “bring your own key” mean?
Your assistant thinks using OpenAI, and you connect your own OpenAI key during guided setup. That means you pay OpenAI directly for exactly what you use — typically small for a business website — and your Easy AI subscription stays a simple flat platform fee.
How long does setup take?
Most owners go from new account to a live assistant in under an hour. The biggest time investment is writing good answers about your business — and you can keep improving those after you're live.
What happens when it can't answer something?
You decide. Your assistant can collect the visitor's contact details so you can follow up, or hand the conversation off to a human. Every conversation is visible in your dashboard, so gaps in its knowledge are easy to spot and fix.
What's the difference between this and Easy AI Agency?
This platform is self-serve: you set up and run your own website assistant with our tools. The Agency is done-for-you: our team designs, builds, integrates, and manages AI for voice, SMS, chat, and CRM workflows. Many customers start self-serve and call the Agency when they want more.
