Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Automated AI Solutions, LLC (d/b/a “Easy AI™”). They govern your use of our websites, dashboard, chat widget, APIs, and managed AI services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Easy AI™ provides a self-serve platform for building, installing, and managing AI assistants on your website, plus done-for-you managed AI services covering voice, SMS, chat, reputation, and CRM workflow automation, as well as AI consulting, training, and custom solutions including AI agents, data analysis, and automation. Managed engagements are additionally governed by the written proposal or statement of work you sign with us; if those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed documents win.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@easyainow.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Platform plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless the law requires them.
• Managed services pricing — implementation fees and monthly management — is quoted and agreed in writing before work begins.

4. Bring-your-own-key (BYOK)

Most plans require you to connect your own API key from an AI provider such as OpenAI. Your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them, and you are responsible for the usage fees they bill you. We store your key encrypted, use it only to power your assistant, and never use it for anything else. Keep your provider account in good standing — your assistant can't answer without it.

5. Your content and data

You own the content you add to the Services — your instructions, knowledge, branding — and the conversations and leads your assistant collects. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to run the Services for you. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Services. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices in detail.

6. AI output

AI-generated responses can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected despite careful configuration. You are responsible for the instructions and knowledge you give your assistant, for reviewing how it represents your business, and for complying with the laws that apply to your industry. The Services do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• break the law, or violate the rights of others;
• send spam or unsolicited communications;
• distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the Services;
• deceive people about whether they are talking to an AI where the law requires disclosure;
• resell or white-label the Services without a written agreement.

8. Intellectual property

The Services — including software, design, and branding — are the property of Automated AI Solutions, LLC and its licensors. Easy AI™ is a service mark of Automated AI Solutions, LLC. All rights reserved. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services while you have an active account. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or fail to pay. Where practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem first. After termination you can request an export of your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Easy AI harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or through the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
